Fulfillment
All physical orders from the Supply shop are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping times
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 4–7 business days after fulfillment. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Expedited options are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and the items in your order using Printful's live rates. We do not mark up shipping costs.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. NOIDEASWORLD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.
Returns & exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@noideasworld.net within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, email us and we will investigate with Printful.
Digital products
Beat licenses, archive downloads, and course materials are digital products. All sales are final. No refunds are issued once access or download has been granted.
International duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority.
