Policy

General policy

All purchases made through NOIDEASWORLD are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Physical merchandise

Refunds or replacements for physical goods from the Supply shop are only issued if you received a damaged or defective item. You must report the issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence sent to contact@noideasworld.net. Duplicate charges are also eligible for refund.

Beat licenses

Beat license purchases ($1,000 Basic Lease) are non-refundable once the license file and confirmation document have been delivered. Please review the license terms carefully before purchasing.

Archive downloads

Pay-what-you-want archive downloads are non-refundable. Because you set the price and the content is delivered digitally, all transactions are final.

Friends of NOIDEA subscription

Monthly subscription fees of $5.00 are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

University — course subscription

Monthly course subscription fees of $500.00 are non-refundable once access has been granted. Cancel anytime to stop future charges. No prorated refunds for partial months.

Capital — equity purchases

Equity purchases are final and non-refundable. A formal equity agreement is issued upon completion of purchase. All investments carry risk and past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or received a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at contact@noideasworld.net with your order details. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be disputed.
