Licensing and Use of Instrumentals All instrumentals are provided under a non-exclusive license. By purchasing or accessing instrumentals: You are granted the right to use the instrumental in recordings You may distribute and monetize music using the instrumental You may modify the instrumental (e.g., add vocals, arrangement) You agree that you may not: Resell, redistribute, or share the instrumental alone Claim ownership of the instrumental Make the instrumental available for standalone use by others All uses must include credit to NOIDEA. NOIDEASWORLD retains full ownership of all instrumentals. 4. Archive Content Usage All content within The Archive is provided for personal use only. Commercial use of any Archive content requires direct written permission from NOIDEASWORLD. 5. Merchandise (Supply) Merchandise is available for shipping within the United States only Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Items must be returned in original condition 6. Digital Products and Courses All digital products, including instrumentals and educational content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. 7. Payments Payments are processed through standard online payment processors. For services offered through the Network (e.g., production, songwriting, website design), payments may be handled via direct invoices. User-Generated Content (Friends of NOIDEA) Users may upload content through the Friends of NOIDEA section (subscription-based). By uploading content, you agree that: You own or have the rights to all submitted content Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights NOIDEASWORLD may display, distribute, or remove your content at its discretion NOIDEASWORLD is not responsible for user-uploaded content or any resulting copyright violations. Subscription Terms: If content is removed before the next billing cycle, the user will not be charged If content is removed after billing, the user will receive a refund 9.
